ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
This national retail business in the Sydney CBD are looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a 3 month temp role. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across Sales, Operations & Logistics. Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Advise and coach line managers to support across performance management, disciplines and grievances
· Talent management, performance and bonus reviews
· Develop and deliver learning and training plans according to business needs
· Employee engagement and retention processes including engagement surveys and reporting on employee satisfactions
The Successful Applicant
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
· Immediately available
· 3-5 years experience in a similar generalist role
· Knowledge of Modern Awards and Employment Legislation
· Prior experience in leading on complex ER issues
· Strong stakeholder management in working with different individuals and teams across the business
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work autonomously and partner across all seniority
· HR degree qualified
