Award winning International household brand is seeking to appoint their new HR Manager to join a supportive and collaborative team!

Job Description

Reporting to the International HR Director, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;

  • Effectively partner with the business units and their stakeholders
  • Support with coordination of the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of the internal rewards and benefits program.
  • Partner with the business to implement retention strategies, and increased wellbeing.
  • HR Generalist support
  • Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs.
  • Performance management and identifications of gaps in training + on-boarding.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager, who has the skills and experience to proficiently manage

  • Three + years of experience in Human Resources
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of national laws related to HR
  • Approachable, team orientated and willing to support the team
  • A knowledge of organisational effectiveness
  • Competency to manage employee relations
