My client is a nationwide industry leader in the manufacturing industry. They have a strong sense of pride when it comes to their customer service team. They are close knit and have real passion for looking after their customers.
As an inbound customer service agent, you will be responsible for taking a large number of enquiries. Mainly via the telephone, but also through email and fax. You will be able to offer advice when it comes to the large product range that my client has. Being able to figure out a solution that best fits the customer needs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess phenomenal written and verbal skills, meaning they are able to understand the broad range of customers. They will enjoy working in a team environment, all with a common goal in mind. Inbound customer service dealing with high volume calls.

My client is looking for an immediate starter to join their customer service team. Great location with an attractive package. This is a fixed term contract to begin with, with the look to go permanent there after.
