Job Description

As an Administration Coordinator within the busy and fast paced team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all coordination for the commercial team. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks to support the efficient functioning and service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities and tasks to support the operations team.
  • Manage and maintain records of fleet, service schedules, and product inventory.
  • Assist in scheduling all aftercare services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with order processing.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking of aftercare products.
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and maintain the highest level of service.

The Successful Applicant

  • Enjoys working within a busy, varied and collaborative environment
  • Proven experience in administrative roles but also open to entry level as training is provided
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and wants to learn new systems/softwares
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for outcomes and pride in their work
  • Resilient and reliable
  • Enjoys working within an office environment on site and is wanting to grow across the administration space!

This role is full time permanent, hours are 9am-5pm, located on site in Mulgrave with parking available

Pay is $60,000 + super
