About Our Client
Based in Kewdale, this family owned business is making their mark internationally within the cleaning industry. You will be working within a collaborative and enthusiastic team, who are big on company culture and internal progression.
As a sales coordinator, your key responsibilities will be:
Handling general customer enquiries and complaints, regarding products, domestic orders, etc
Providing quotes over the phone and email for the purchase and maintenance of products
Data entry / creating invoices/ raising purchase orders
- Update customer service database
Liaising with internal stakeholders to follow up on orders
As your tenure in the business continues, you will be taught how to coordinate international orders (i.e
logistics, freight coordination, legislation regarding international shipping) and up sell products.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Good attitude and confidence over the phone
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and stick to deadlines
