Job Description

* Maintain the data on the leasing software

* Assist with the monthly reporting and site assessments

* Assist with the new store set-up (Insurance & guarantees requirements)

* Provide administrative support to the development team

* End to end accounts payable

* Matching, batching, and coding a high volume of invoices manually

* Managing payment runs

* Management of Company credit cards

* Managing and resolving queries

The Successful Applicant

* Accounts payable & administration experience preferred

* Immediately available candidates will be preferred* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

* Flexibility, proactive and adaptable approach to supporting multiple departments

* Exposure to retail leasing is highly desired.

* General understanding of financial and accounting concepts

* High attention to detail

* Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
