About Our Client

This top tier centrally based law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to assist the management team in day to day activities. Due to growth in the company this is a newly created position and available on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Description

As a Legal Secretary your daily duties will include but are not limited too -

  • End of month billing
  • Extensive diary management
  • File and document management
  • Travel coordination
  • Opening files, archiving
  • Proof reading Legal Documents
  • E-mail and phone correspondence
  • Filing and sorting legal documentation
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have experience working within the legal or professional services sector. Previous experience in Litigation is highly desirable but not essential. You will have worked as secretary or executive assistant previously and have the ability to work to a high standard in a fast paced sensitive environment. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office, have well-developed time management and communication skills and the ability to work with varied and diverse groups of individuals.
