Job Description

As the Office Administrator, you will have the following duties;

  • Preparing correspondence including reports, internal and external communications and related documentation
  • Undertaking data entry, building and maintaining databases and files.
  • Administrative support to group Lawyers; including receiving and responding to phone calls, emails, organising and tracking matters, and general correspondence
  • Manage and coordinate office supplies
  • Any other ad hoc duties

The Successful Applicant

Minimum requirements to be successful in this role;

  • Minimum of 2 yrs experience within an Administration role
  • Experience in a LEGAL PRACTICE (desirable but not essential)
  • Have the confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self motivation and a willingness to contribute to the team
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience across MS Office Suite skills and other systems/platforms
