Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but not limited too;

  • Supporting the senior management team
  • High volume of travel bookings and accommodation
  • Working with other Australian offices including New Zealand
  • Credit card reconciliations and invoicing
  • Reports
  • Event management
  • Sale Administration
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maximising performance and culture across the team
  • Ensuring the office is well maintained
  • Manage and update office guidelines

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • Previous office management or experience in a similar role
