Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate high professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence both internally and externally.
  • Be flexible and patient, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Manage expectations and priorities effectively, while communicating clearly with relevant team members.

  • Serve as the "go-to" person for all office-related matters, including reception, liaising with building managers, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide ad hoc support to managing directors and the wider executive team.
  • Coordinate events such as conferences, meetings, company-wide activities, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships and agreements for the office.



Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Exceptional skills in emotional intelligence, active listening, problem-solving, teamwork, delegation, time management, financial management, leadership, and communication.
  • Experience with calendar, diary, and travel management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
