Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing your own employee base. Working as part of a payroll team, your key duties include:
- Management of a payroll employees
- Calculating superannuation contributions
- Awards and EBA interpretation
- Entering leave adjustments and manual time sheets
- Redundancy processing
- Management of PAYG and payroll tax requirements
- Resolving of queries in a timely manner
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working within a payroll department or autonomously having complete ownership over this function. You will be accountable for your own work, have a strong customer service focus and the ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner. Experience with an ERP or large payroll position is essential.
