About Our Client

Our client is a international organisation operating in the retail industry. They are undergoing significant growth and are on the lookout for a Payroll Officer to join the team on a 7 month contract basis. The business offers extensive training and support to new starters with a key focus on culture and high performance.

Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:

  • High volume, end to end payroll in a large organisation
  • Payroll reconciliations and experience dealing with pay discrepancies
  • Administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, monthly reporting, customer service, etc)
  • High experience with Excel, ADP or Kronos
  • Able to resolve queries and pay disputes
  • Retail award experience
  • Ability to interact with partners with confidence

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years payroll experience, display a hard work ethic and be able to coordinate varying tasks seamlessly. Experience working in large to medium sized organisations is highly regarded as well as the ability to operate independently with a high volume payroll. Past systems experience with ADP or Kronos is favourable. In addition, the candidate needs to be available to commence asap and be an exciting new team member who can fit in to their thriving team culture.
