Job Description

This role is a challenging and rewarding one that will see you perform end to end payroll.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance procedures, payroll adjustments, leave reconciliations terminations and other associated payroll tasks
  • Completing monthly and yearly payroll tax return reconciliations
  • Completing month end procedures including payment of all deductions and superannuation
  • Correctly setting up and maintaining employees in the payroll system
  • Handling queries when necessary
  • Assisting with monitoring and entering of all file details

The Successful Applicant

Key selection criteria will include the following:

  • At least 2-4 years' payroll experience including award interpretation, payroll tax, superannuation, termination and leave accruals
  • Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service to our internal clients
  • Proven experience to handle large workloads and strong organisational skills
