About Our Client
I am working with a growing Canberra brand who have recently started expanding both nationally and internationally. My client has a small Human Resources function and looking to strengthen through the appointment of a HR Manager - People & culture.
As Manager of People and Culture you will report into the HR Director providing strategic support on various projects across culture/behaviour, attraction/retention and assist in the development of a graduate program.
You will manage/mentor 1 x HR coordinator and lead the operational HR function which includes Recruitment/on-boarding, performance management, IR/ER, WHS and Investigations.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will posses a generalist HR skill-set with 5 + years operational HR experience. You will be solutions orientated and have a flexible/adaptable approach to HR within a commercial business.
