About Our Client

Job Description
The responsibilities of the candidate will be as follows:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with the management of the switchboard
- Announcing the arrival of customers to internal staff
- Coordinating and managing meeting rooms
- Maintaining presentation of the reception area
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Update appointment calenders and schedule meetings/appointment
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
