The Customer Service and Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing their own customer base and growing the business. As a part of the outbound team, the successful candidates will build relationships with stakeholders so that you can offer promotions, upsell, retain business and develop new business opportunities. The role would also involve customer service calls, lead generation and developed rapport building skills.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be available for ongoing full time work and will also possess:
- Sales drive
- Background in call centres or face to face sales, highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to sell over the phone
- Comfortable using dual screens
- Accurate data entry
- Experience within the health and beauty industry will be highly regarded.
