Job Description

  • Scheduling and coordinating sub-contractors
  • Assisting within receptionist duties, including; answering phones, providing support and advice to customers, being the first point of contact to customers
  • Providing administration support
  • General office duties as required
  • Processing invoices to customers

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will:

  • Experience within the construction industry or a similar role is desirable
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with the willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to multi-task, setting priorities and managing time to meet deadlines
  • Persistence and resilience in following up trades and suppliers
  • High attention to detail
