The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire spare part process, from follow up on customer calls to ordering parts and liaising with technicians. This is a fast paced roles needing proactive and hands on attitude in order to manage the duties including managing the service call logs, customer service and service dockets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar position
- Technical mindset and high levels of organisation
- A proactive nature and be forward thinking
- Tech savvy
- Experience in spare part, equipment, automotive or oil/gas would be advantageous
