The service team is made up ten people and is located in a modern office attached to one of the company's prestigious showrooms. Fantastic opportunity to work alongside some respected brands within the automotive industry.
The Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of inbound queries in regards to service and recalls
- Making outbound calls to follow up on pending services and to up sell products
- Achieving sales targets by cross selling and up selling
- Accurate data entry
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing high volumes of calls
- Impeccable phone manor and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
- Natural ability to sell over the phone
- Ability to multitask across multiple screens
- Great data entry and typing skills
