Our client is a multinational logistics organisation, specialising in port terminal operations, cargo logistics, maritime services and free trade zones.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Ad-hoc administrative support for both the CEO and CFO
- Booking travel for the Executive team
- Calendar management- Accountability for the everyday functions of the office
- Ordering office stationery, kitchen supplies etc
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate
- Experience with calendar management and travel organisation (flight booking, applying for visas, etc)
- Proven track record coordinating with an executive team and C suite executives
- Flexible to be an all-round employee and help where necessary
- Wants to take ownership of their role
