About Our Client
My client is a leading home product brand in the South East of Melbourne. They are a large global company that is booming and experiencing growth year on year. The position of the Technical Support Officer will be responsible for all the contact for all technical queries Australia wide. This role will report directly to the National Field Service Manager.
A degree of trouble shooting will be required whilst managing varied tasks including technical phone/email support regarding technical enquiries from agents. Also, providing support to the service agents via report approvals and assisting in preparation of job parts allocation to internal Field Service Technicians.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong knowledge and understanding of appliance repairs
- Experience within the electrical appliance industry.
- Be computer savvy
- A customer centric attitude
- Ability to problem solve
