- Regional trends; New South Wales and Victoria have both seen strong recruitment volumes in the office support sector recently. Queensland is experiencing a relatively flat recruitment market, while Western Australia’s growth has also slowed since the mining boom but is still steady
- Hiring forecast; permanent headcount has increased overall during the past year, thanks largely to higher confidence levels in the office support sector; numbers will likely continue to rise, as 55% of our respondents expect to grow their teams this year
- Remuneration trends; salary increases have remained in line with those offered in previous years, with 62% of our respondents indicating their direct employees would receive an increase
