With PageGroup your learning journey never stops! We deliver over 25 different training courses delivered to you at various stages of your career with us; from new starter to Managing Director.
 

 

Induction training

We know that everyone needs the best start so when you join us you will undertake a 90-day Induction Program. All new Associate Consultants and Consultants from across Australia and New Zealand attend Orientation Week, held monthly in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. The week sees us combine digital learning with face to face training that is co-delivered by our Talent Development Facilitators and members of our Leadership team. Following Orientation Week you continue your Induction training with weekly sessions in your local office. All our training is interactive and practical therefore it equips you with both recruitment skills and commercial acumen.  You’ll have a lot of fun too!

 

 

Sales Program

After your graduation from the 90-day Induction you will be scheduled to attend our Sales Academy workshop. This focuses on refining the art of selling and developing the right mindset to be a successful Recruitment Consultant. Other courses focused at the Consultant level will vary in length, from short and sharp 3 hour sessions to longer 2 day courses. These courses are focused on progressively refining your skills, as you also start to progress your career with us.

 

 

Lunch and Learns

Throughout the year, Managers and Directors in each local office will run short, impactful workshops that are focused on developing your core recruitment and sales competencies. Topics include; compelling call openings, powerful questioning and running a profitable temp desk.

 

 

Advanced Sales Program

Upon progressing to Senior Consultant you will become eligible to participate in a host of additional courses. At this stage you’re no doubt already a market specialist, however many courses for our Senior Consultants and Associate Managers focus on further refining your sales skills, whilst other sessions seek to start to prepare you for future people management responsibilities.

 

 

Management Program

Successfully managing, leading and coaching others is one of our keys to success and overall longevity in the market.  As a newly promoted Manager you will have over 10 new courses available to you, all aimed at equipping you with the skills to lead successful teams and make commercially minded decisions to grow your business.

 

 

Leadership Development

At PageGroup you never stop learning! At this senior level we focus your training on creating a coaching culture, building trust, emotional intelligence and inspirational leadership, as well as continuing to develop those commercial and business skills. A 360 degree feedback process based on our leadership behaviours leads to a personal development plan and an increased awareness of natural strengths.
